I AM RETIRING

As much as I have enjoyed working with the people and businesses here in the Greater Kansas City area, I have decided to retire and spend more time with family.

Thank you everyone for your continued requests for me to do your Drywall Repairs, Texturing and renovations.

May all of you also enjoy a retirement at some point before you go to meet our Maker.

SUMMER IS BLAZINGLY AND WETTLY HERE THIS YEAR~

Your question is quite often, "Can you fix this mess on the ceiling or down my wall?" after the deluge of water we've experienced this Spring.  Particularly with summer fully upon us in all its' full regalia of heat, white hot sunlight and guests coming from friends, family and repairmen to shore up the roof, gutters and plumbing, as well as the HVAC, etc.

Finally, the repairmen leave and you need to get the house back into "Visit Mode" for your guests...that's when you give me a call @ 913.909.5125.

SPRING IS HERE AND SUMMER KNOCKING AT THE DOOR~

Family and friends will all be visiting soon and will notice if your walls and ceilings have stains, cracks and/or holes from the kids or adults anger taken out on the house rather than family....a good thing!

Recommendation:  1. Consider a jog or batting some balls with the kids to let off the steam in future....and

Now that Spring is just around the corner you will be cleaning up the dust from your ceilings and walls.  When you notice those cracks and holes....give me a call.  I will have them repaired in only two visits which will cost less than $200.00 if you live within 25 miles from the I-35 / Metcalf corridor.

Thanksgiving Guests

We have only a little over a month before Thanksgiving guests will be checking out your walls or expecting that guest room to be ready for them.

GET A JUMP ON FALL WITH UPDATED AND CLEAN WALLS....

Now that the kids are back in school, what a great time to get those damaged walls back in shape.  Or if you are ready to take down that wall between the dining-room or living-room and the kitchen.....give me a call afterwards to clean up the space left by removal of the walls.

Drywall finishing is an art and no matter how great you might be at installing drywall, it's just not all that simple to make the end result what most folks are happy with unless you employ me to give your walls that professional touch.

Eventhough you or whom ever you purchase your cabinets from install the actual cabinets...the ceilings and drywall areas surrounding the new appliances and cabinets will need to be finished properly to carry off the look you and your family are seeking.

SUMMERTIME AND GUESTS COMING AND GOING....OH, MY!!!

We all know about unexpected guests greeting us at the door....either from an invitation we forgot giving a month or six ago or "we were in town for Jim and Kellie's wedding and just thought we'd stop in to see how you and the kids are doing"!
